You will visit the "city of museums" Basel, take a walk through the "second capital of Switzerland" - Zurich, visit the open air museum – the city of Colmar, go sightseeing in Strasbourg and Constance and furthermore you will see the main natural landmarks of Europe - the Rhine Falls, Lake Constance and the famous Black Forest. The journey to the five most picturesque European cities makes your holiday unforgettable!

Day 1. Arrival at the airport of Stuttgart / Zurich.

Transfer to the hotel. Free time in the town of Donaueschingen (transfer included).

Day 2. Tour to Basel (Switzerland). The Basel Minster, the Town Hall.

Basel is one of the main European cultural centers as there are more than 30 museums and art galleries. The majestic Rhine River crosses the city separating the old part called the Greater Basel from modern districts. The Greater Basel and its places of interest are just what we recommend you to visit: the Basel Minster built in the Romanesque - Gothic style, the fascinating Town Hall and the Mittlere Brücke Bridge, that provides majestic scenery. If you are travelling with children, we would like to recommend you The Toy Museum, where dolls and dollhouses, teddy bears and toy carrousels from all over the world are exhibited.

Day 3. Tour to Zurich, trip to the Rhine Falls (Switzerland). (Optional excursion - 90 euro)

Zurich is called "the second capital of Switzerland." But being the major economic and commercial center of the country, this wonderful city hasn’t lost its charm of antiquity. The local symbols are the spires of the Fraumünster Church, the Grossmünster Church and the St. Peter’s Church. Getting up to the observation deck of the Grossmünster Church you can enjoy the magnificent view of the city. In the Fraumünster Church you can admire the Marc Chagall’s stained-glass windows. Visiting the St. Peter’s Church you can see the world's largest chiming clock. After sightseeing in Zurich you will go to the legendary Rhine Falls.

Day 4. Tour to Colmar (France). The Old Town, the Unterlinden Museum , the Bartholdi Museum.

Colmar is the most beautiful city of Alsace and a true open-air museum. Colorful house facades and variety of architectural styles - from Gothic and Baroque to Rococo and Classicism - make this city unique. The Unterlinden Museum exhibiting a rich collection of sculptures and paintings of different ages and the House-Museum of Auguste Bartholdi, the Statue of Liberty sculptor, are worth a visit. If you are in a romantic mood, we recommend you to go boating through the blooming Little Venice and the Fishermen’s quarter.

Day 5. Tour to Strasbourg (France). The Old Town, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg. (Optional excursion - 90 euro)

Strasbourg is situated on the border of France and Germany and that’s why its architecture and atmosphere retain exceptional Franco-German features. Almost the entire city center is declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The true symbol of the city is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg. This magnificent temple has the 142 meter high spire and is lovingly called by the Alsatians "the Pink Angel" because of its amazing red-brown sandstone lace.

Day 6. Tour to Constance, visit to the islands of Mainau and Reichenau (Germany).

The historical town of Constance is located on the shores of Lake Constance . There was the episcopal residence for 1200 years, that is why many temples are built here. The most famous of them is the Constance Minster, which reflects architectural traditions of different ages. Also it’s worth to visit the Obermarkt square, to see unique house facade murals, the ruins of an ancient fortress and „The Imperia” statue, that is called "Statue of Liberty on the Lake." Then you can go to one of the islands located near Constance: to the "Island of Flowers" Mainau or to the Reichenau monastic island.

Day 7. Sightseeing tour to the Black Forest (Germany).

Dense coniferous forests, crystal clear lakes, nice small houses just like in a fairy tale – this is the Black Forest, one of the most beautiful places in Germany. You will go for a walk along the scenic lakeside of Titisee, take pictures of the Germany’s largest waterfall and visit the 1000 cuckoo clocks store, which were invented in the Black Forest in the 18th century.

Day 8. Transfer to the airport of Stuttgart / Zurich.
